The team that handles all orders we have been working with for over 2 months during Alpha & then Beta stages. We are under strict contract with them & are more then thrilled with there quality control. The attention to detail and daily reports we get are why we decided to go with this company. Any sign up issues that are had are sent to us right away, we correct the problem or answer the question and the process continues. We would not be pushing this site into the spot light (like it has been) if we did not have full faith that our team couldnt handle the work. If they're outsourcing the work to India, I'd be very concerned, as the experiences I've had with this sort of thing have been, shall we say, less than stirling.
