From the looks of things, uncoverthenet was filled with RSS feeds from sites like Yahoo news. While RSS feeds are not a bad thing, filling your site with duplicate content is a very bad thing. Instead of providing a clean link back to the source, the owner tried to open the source inside of a frame. Next time, publish some original content and provide a clean link back to the source.
