Social Media Strategist
As our Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined and creative social media strategies for SEP's clients. The Social Media Strategist is also responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels to achieve our clients' objectives.
Key elements of this role include:
Developing social media strategies and solutions for clients to help them achieve their objectives and executing these strategies by developing and managing timelines, schedules and budgets.
Managing client social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, including sourcing, creating, editing content, promoting content as well as implementing other social media promotional methods to reach out to our clients' target audiences.
Providing clients with valuable monthly reports to ensure that campaign targets are met. Analyzing client campaigns and translating data into recommendations and future plans for improving their social media campaigns.
Market Strategy – Working closely with SEP's Executive Team on market development and strategies by performing analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Inventing the future " Help SEP invent the future by creating new technologies and products that will help solve client issues and opportunities, and fuel SEP's growth!
Job Requirements
Strong project management or organizational skills as shown though your ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes.
Experience using social media platforms for clients – not just for personal use – including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, customer review sites, etc. and proficiency with social listening tools .
Experience with Keyword Research, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, HTML, FBML.
Fantastic interpersonal, listening and presenting skills " this is a client facing role!
1-2 years experience in managing staff.
2-4 years social media marketing/digital communications background (with strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) is a MUST.
