Shreveport Ranks Amongst Least Expensive Markets for Google Adwords in USA

SEP's ongoing research into PPC Campaigns has revealed that Shreveport was the 90th least expensive city in USA in keyword bids in Google Adwords for the month of September 2016. Shreveport also ranks amongst the least expensive cities in Louisiana, ranking as number 3rd. In the study, San Buenaventura ranked as the most expensive city in the country, while Ontario ranked as the least expensive city.

SEP's research shows that the average price of a click to advertisers targeting Shreveport keywords increased by 24% in September 2016.

Not surprisingly, the month over month price increases for Shreveport Google Adwords terms helped increase prices (yr./yr. price increase)% higher than the same period last year.

Google Adwords Keyword Prices 42% Higher in Shreveport than Garland

SEP’s research also tracks Google Adwords price changes and trends in cities across Canada and the U.S. Recent data shows that average prices in Shreveport are 42% higher than in Garland. The average price of a click in Shreveport is $14.22.

This price differential is somewhat surprising however, as Garland has a larger population than Shreveport.
