West Palm Beach Ranks Amongst Most Expensive Markets for Google Adwords in USA

SEP's ongoing research into PPC Campaigns has revealed that West Palm Beach was the 7th most expensive city in USA in keyword bids in Google Adwords for the month of May 2016. West Palm Beach also ranks amongst the most expensive cities in Florida, ranking as 2nd. In the study, San Buenaventura ranked as the most expensive city in the country, while Ontario ranked as the least expensive city.

Month over Month Google Adwords Prices for West Palm Beach Rise in May 2016

SEP's research shows that the average price of a click to advertisers targeting West Palm Beach keywords increased by 20% in May 2016.

Not surprisingly, the month over month price increases for West Palm Beach Google Adwords terms helped increase prices (yr./yr. price increase)% higher than the same period last year.

Google Adwords Keyword Prices 126% Higher in West Palm Beach than Pompano Beach

SEP’s research also tracks Google Adwords price changes and trends in cities across Canada and the U.S. Recent data shows that average prices in West Palm Beach are 126% higher than in Pompano Beach. The average price of a click in West Palm Beach is $24.96.

This price differential is somewhat surprising however, as Pompano Beach has a larger population than West Palm Beach.

To get a better sense of relative prices, we also compared prices with another city with a similar population, Santa Maria, and found the average price of a click in West Palm Beach was 154% higher than in Santa Maria.

The Price Rank shows how expensive keywords are in certain industry and segment relative to other cities in a country, region and province.
