Month over Month Google Adwords Prices for Raleigh Rise in July 2015

SEP's research shows that the average price of a click to advertisers targeting Raleigh keywords increased by 16% in July 2015.

Not surprisingly, the month over month price increases for Raleigh Google Adwords terms helped increase prices (yr./yr. price increase)% higher than the same period last year.

Google Adwords Keyword Prices 76% Higher in Raleigh than Cary

SEP’s research also tracks Google Adwords price changes and trends in cities across Canada and the U.S. Recent data shows that average prices in Raleigh are 76% higher than in Cary. The average price of a click in Raleigh is $15.64.

This price difference is understandable though, given the population of Cary is less than Raleigh, which generally means less competition and therefore lower prices.

To understand if prices in Raleigh are relatively low, we also compared prices with Omaha which has a similar population, and found the average price of a click in Raleigh was 30% higher than in Omaha. This suggests that perhaps Raleigh prices are not relatively low.

The Price Rank shows how expensive keywords are in certain industry and segment relative to other cities in a country, region and province.
