All great tips. I especially like the ideas of turning down work if you can foresee problems before you start and be willing to fire a client. Just like in life, some people will try to take advantage of your relationship. You have to recognize that and stay true to yourself and your business.

On setp 4 you need 2 profiles : the guy with the spark and the one to run it into operations. Two really different DNAs. As you present it, you’re the spark in there ? 🙂

Hey, congrats on the new addition to your team. This 12 step list is almost identical to what I use in my business. Looks like no brainer crosses internet and into dirt world. #13 is huge, especially since so many businesses fail to do just that.
