Tailored Audiences may solve the problem but I&#039;m still unsure as to how they get the right user - You say &#039;if a person visits a site of a renovation company in Chicago, the ad partners would transmit that information to Twitter&#039;
How do they know? I&#039;m a bit lost!]]></description>
