A great point to consider for larger organisations where you might have a marketing manager, assistant, and CEO reviewing the SEO audit.

The report should not just list all of the existing status of your site or the errors but should also contain recommendations and actionable suggestions as to what needs to be done, repaired, or corrected in every aspect of your web site. It should be written to serve multiple audiences.
