Hi Ann, thanks for the checklist and the useful resources that you gave. I would add a couple of items:
1. Never use color alone as indicator of information. Because different devices can show different colours and many users have color deficiences. So you have to ensure the content available with color is available without color.
2. Test forms and purchase process. You couldn´t imagine how many companies launch a website without test their contact forms. It is a must to check also if there are mistakes in the purchase process.
