This is a bad image of a woman hiding her face... and SEP should have caught it.

We've got big debates in Canada about Muslim women (and across the world)... the 1) niqab (full covers face, 2) headscarves "hijab" hair is covered, face is seen.

Regarding Walgreens. To have several "off-signs" doesn't mean that they will drive better conversion and there is a simple reason but let me explain. The motivation behind why Walgreens is using off-signs and other customer relation / binding tools is because they work if you have traffic and the right people at your page. It is a basic marketing strategy to work with off-prices and to bind the people by reward programs. So far I would agree and say, yes it is definitely something that is good as a part of a strategy but what will happen if the promises will not be met?
Let me do just a simple review of the Walgreen page and the flow from off-sale-offer to the product. I just want to see if the promise can be met by walgreens by giving customer a good user experience on the page.
Lets click on the current main "banner"
http://prntscr.com/8lc4eq
Lets pick something random - I am taking the Vitamins & Supplements
http://prntscr.com/8lc4of
As next I will take for example "Iron"
http://prntscr.com/8lc4wk
First comment - The Products and Categories have same images as it looks like. Just tested this simple flow with three people and they been bit irritated as they thought that they can by now Iron, but what happened?
http://prntscr.com/8lc5lh
Where is my Iron I have selected. A normal user would lose the red line and would try to reorganize. Even if I know the shop and I would buy here on regular basis I would not find what I search as it is not shown here even if I scroll down.
Filter on the left also doesn't tell me where to find Iron or if I can filter by Iron or anything.
Then some small and silent killer like the pagination
http://prntscr.com/8lc6ig
A test has shown that user are looking to the right side at the top and bottom for pagination. If customers does not see any preview how many pages are available in total they will ignore the other pages as nothing is giving the right advice. This would be a simple way to improve
http://prntscr.com/8lca6m
It would be worth to show here a Walgreen A/B Test when they change the small silent killer and also the workflow issues. I am sure the off-sale and reward program would perform even better.
