How do you ensure/help your content writers create unique good quality content vs just poaching news from other locations? How often do you find that they contribute? Being an owner of several blogs I find it constantly challenging to motivate content writers. I find they tend to slump into somewhat of a copy other news mentality instead of searching themselves for unique content. I’d be curious to know how you help your content writers avoid that?
