Good point you make there; Interest.

But maybe, as with work on a “boring” niche, some uninteresting things can be given an interesting twist (think “Will it blend”).

For a butcher I would go with chopping vegetables (nobody likes to see blood…), blind folded. “The Butcher Knife Test”; a sort of “will it chop” angle. Live videos around food prep time where you make something real-time with the butcher.
