Thanks for the feedback, Michael! I&#039;m glad you enjoyed my post! It&#039;s so true that social media mishaps can happen to even the biggest and best of brands, which is a humbling lesson for us all! We&#039;ve just got to make sure that we&#039;re extra careful about any campaigns we put online, since we all know that the Internet is a feeding ground for criticism and magnifying mistakes. (But you&#039;ve still gotta love it! :) )
