I think their free version is rather limited when compared to Hootsuite, the product I currently use. But let me see how it pans out as a CRM tool. Hootsuite clearly does overwhelm with me with the chatter. Maybe this won’t.

I have heard about commun.it tool, but didn’t use it. As I thought it would be same tools like many other out there in the market. But after reading this review, I know its an amazing tool and must use if you’re serious about your twitter profile management.
