Sure, I'm an SEO and I'm a geek and I'm all techie, so I get into the more technical search conferences that happen around the country. But what I REALLY am is a small business owner. Heck, small isn't even the word for it. I'm a tiny business owner. In any case, I can really relate to the small business person who isn't a geek, if for no other reason, than because my real life is surrounded by non-geeks.
So where does the non-geek, small business person go to learn about online marketing? Check this out.
This is happening in Houston, TX on April 21-22. (Finally, a conference within driving distance for me. I may drive over and say hi.) Check out the agenda here.
This is the conference I'd recommend to those people who want to apply search marketing techniques to their business web site without all the confusing technical details thrown in. If that's you, or someone you know, consider attending this one. It's going to be a good one, I'm sure.
