Hugh - Completely agree. I find that so important I call it out several times in the post actually. You can&#039;t know if you&#039;re successful without setting objectives and then following through and measuring impact!!]]></description>

Only point I&#039;dd add - especially from an ex-accountant to a PwC senior associate :) - is define objectives and measure outcomes - you need to know where you are trying to get to or what you are trying to achieve with this stuff. And it is possible to measure. We built Inkybee to do exactly that + take some of the pain out of the research and spreadsheets.]]></description>
