<p>Isn&#8217;t &#8220;subdirectories&#8221; the same as &#8220;subfolders&#8221;? I&#8217;m wondering if you mistook subdirectories for subdomains.<br />

					<description><![CDATA[This is brilliant, I guess.  Are human factors considered? So frustrating to try and understand subdomain pro-cons.  What I&#039;ve been trying to find is a discussion or advice on subdomains applying to social media sites [any outside sites] and if the strategy of using twitter.mydomain.tld and facebook.mydomain.tld and video.mydomain.tld is helpful or hurtful to my domain.  My guess is that it&#039;s not a help to the bots/serp but i like it for the human eyes.]]></description>
