					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not entirely sure your theory about Google attaching the place marker to organic results is entirely correct. I have yet to see a page of results with more than 7 tagged listings. If Google is attaching markers to organic results, I would expect to see more than 7 on most pages for businesses in our niche. Likewise, I have more than one client with claimed, verified and optimized Places pages which are showing organically without a Places marker. It seems to be a blended algorithm which considers both the site relevancy and Places optimization whereas before they were two separate algos. Now there is only one.
