That’s a pretty good roundup there. I don’t thing SU really gets as much attention as places like Digg as it doesn’t send as traffic running into the hundreds of thousands for a popular story.

However, SU is far more accessable, a wider range of topcs tend to stand a good chance of doing well, and tends to send more traffic for stories that don’t do as well.

@Yura – You are absolutely right. Since this is a post about social media, specifically SU, my SU profile should be in my bio. Donna was kind enough to add it.

@Jennifer – You, too, are absolutely right. I’d left my contact parameters on the default: a check on “Let friends find me by email” and no check on “Anyone can send me a message.” Since then, SU has become a major part of how I get to newly posted brain food, so it makes sense to go a step beyond the default contact settings. They’re updated now.
