					<description><![CDATA[If you FTP into your site and cannot see the .htaccess file listed there, then DO NOT under any circumstance assume that there is no .htaccess file present.

Most FTP programs are set to HIDE all filenames that begin with a dot.  If you upload your file, you WILL overwrite the existing file without realising it, and you will lose all the settings you previously had.

Always check the settings in the FTP program and make sure that you are showing filenames that begin with a dot. If in doubt, make a file called .xyz123 or something like that, upload that, and make sure the FTP view still shows it.]]></description>
