Maybe it’s aimed more at casual use or casual users?

I know a good amount of people who have active Hotmail addresses and swear by the service, for example. What do you think?

It’s hard enough being taken seriously when you’re using a Gmail address. Imagine emailing a client or lead from a Facebook account!
