I am kind of wondering how they got the names on the list in the first place. I recognize most on the first page but after that they start to fall off. And most are into the social side of marketing….

Not hating…just wondering how they built the list in the first place.

Thanks for the plug! I’m still tweaking the algorithm so expect changes in ranking over the next week or so (hopefully improvements for you).

As for the analysis, I’m still debating what I want to include but hopefully it’ll be helpful insights for everyone!

I like they way they organized the list. i also like the fact that they are relying on a variety of different metrics. While browsing the Internet i find only too often that a lot of well-established seo companies (and not) trust just a source or another. Having a lot of metrics is good because it gives you the real-whole of a website. This choice should also be adopeted by those companies which have to do with ads. For example text-link-ads just takes into account Alexa rank, which, as we all know, is not accutate AT ALL!

And I like how many metrics they are using because it gives a better indication of the overall value of each site to its users and readers.

If that’s a 28… It says 6 on my side.

I’m glad all of those metrics are used. Should give a pretty good idea of what’s what when it comes to rankings.
