The leads from related articles, posts, and sites of similar interest fuel a much more interested and motivated group of site visitors. So work to keep a good Google ranking as it’s certainly helpful but it’s not the best nor usually the greatest source for most of the successful sites I’ve known. And luckily the same link building and site promotion that brings in visitors out side of Google also help your Google rank as well.
