Leo - I think you&#039;re right there. A lot of times small businesses do do a better job. There&#039;s a lot less regulatory tape and approvals processes to pass through - and quite honestly just the scale of it is smaller so the danger is at least perceptibly less. 
However there are also less resources ;) so there&#039;s that!!]]></description>
