Thanks so much for the compliment.

It&#039;s very likely that Google looks as SERP click through rate as a signal. In that case, the meta description would have an indirect impact on rankings. Very similar to Google&#039;s quality score for Adwords. 

I would imagine CTR would be a weak signal though.
