Websites represent our brand to the internet world and should be kept updated. Once I finish my blog post for this week I’ll start working on mine. Unfortunately websites can get pushed down to the bottom of the priority list when there is lots of client work to be done. That is not a very good excuse though. =)

Usability is an awesome one. Get someone who isn’t overly web savvy to try and complete some tasks on your sites – with you looking over their shoulder. It’s a great way to gain some insight into how user friendly your site is.
