Rob,

I thought I already replied to your comment, but it is not showing up. Above your comment I listed some of my favorite article syndication sites.

There are a few ways to look at duplicate content, but if you are syndicating your content, it is not duplicate. Basically, duplicate content is the same exact content linking to the same exact content on another site.

There are advantages to using both syndicated content that is not changed at all and also doing what you are talking about with one unique piece for one unique link. I do both and all my guest posts, like this one, are only posted one time, never syndicated by me.

I really like thephantomwriters.com, but contentcrooner.com is another good one that I like. 99centarticles.com is also good because they will write articles for you and submit to a few top directories along with isnare.com and distributeyourarticles.com.

I no longer use isnare directly, however, because their support is horrible and they treated me like garbage.

I would also like to know the answer to that question, which syndication sites have you found are effective?

Also I'd like to know how you get around the whole 'duplicate content' issue? Articles are only good once in my experience and they are best published on real web magazines and not replication sites (or syndication sites). I write articles and then call / email editors directly and offer them the content exclusively - for ONE good link! Then I rewrite for blogs and again for discussion forums. I call that a story funnel
