					<description><![CDATA[Great post Jon. I never really think about how far down the rabbit hole we really go until I talk to my &#039;normal&#039; friends outside of SEO. It&#039;s always surprising and a little shocking to me how little the average person knows about the web and Google.

I think we have a tendency to over-think these issues and read too much into the situation. 

Google wants to go after spammers and those abusing or paying for links. I think it&#039;s easy to lose sight of this with all the FUD SEOs love to spread around.]]></description>
