I agree with having solid business models and time management skills. Without this two important things, then your business will fall apart without you noticing it. Plan first and then visualize your plan to see if it is possible.

Valid insights there, Adrian. It would be neat to find the trick that helps us keep the same thrill as when we just start on something. Maybe routine is a motivation killer?

true that, Bjorn, that time management is hard. Especially as no matter how well we manage, in the end you only have so many hours in a day.

GTD (Getting Things Done) can be helpful too. I use GTD to process incoming “stuff”, Pomodo to do stuff.

The key to success is work and experience. The experience you gain only by working, and for working is necessary to stay motivated. We all get to the point when we get bored by our work and we meet the demotivation and stop working efficiently.
