Too bad about your customer, but I think you may be right about not wanting to work for that kind of person. Odds are they wouldn&#039;t have been a long-term customer anyway.

Sadly we&#039;ve just go an email from a non-client who said he no longer wanted to hire us as he&#039;d read the solution to all his problems on our blog.  *sigh*

The only good thing about that is that I console myself that we wouldn&#039;t have wanted to work for that kind of person anyway!  :)

For those outside the US this may be an obscure reference, but your questions reminded me of James Lipton, host of &quot;Inside the Actor&#039;s Studio,&quot; because of the depth of research (no one ever asked me an interview question based on my reply to someone else&#039;s blog entry:).
