dude ,
i agree there were some genuine concerns but some parts of this write-up were just overplayed for effect .Do you know Google Earth Bitmap images are from various sources including crowd-sourced open street map project ; which have no affiliation or dependence on as you said , “All-knowing, immortal and infinite, ” Google . Projects like Marble , Nasa World Wind have more or less same data does that mean even they are also planing to monitor you ?
i am no fan of google but i have a lot more contention with this write-up due to its biased viewpoint which i will do in a blog post
