SEOs often have to do more than just search engine optimization work. They frequently have to act as webmasters in various ways. I own or manage over 30 websites, and that means keeping up with domain name expiration dates, hosting plan expiration dates, ftp info, stats info, and more. Over the years, I've moved domains from one hosting company to another (sometimes several times per domain). Each time, I have to make note of all the pertinent information needed to manage the site. I've tried spreadsheets, word docs, etc. to manage all of this info, but nothing was easy enough. At least once a week, I have a need to dig up the information on a site, and I end up scrolling down through a long list of information to find what I need. So I created a little database application (with help, as you'll see later) to store the information I use most. I've decided to share this app with all of you, free of charge of course. You can read more about it and download it here. There are versions for Windows, Linux, and Mac. Please don't expect a whiz-bang, exceedingly professional GUI. It's basic and plain. But it seems to do the job, and that's all I really cared about. If it is useful to you, great. If not, sorry. Hope it helps some of you out there.
