It often amuses me the way people talk about SEO - black hat - white hat. I hate wearing hats coz they always mess my hair up - guess that makes me pretty vain, huh ? I suppose because Google is God when it comes to our life on the line, then we gotta do what's right - huh ? Anyways, I was trying to explain all this SEO stuff to my very religious computer e-literate mother the other day - all she said was " Darling - as long as you optimise your life right before God, then I don't care what Googi thinks of you"
It's Google mum - G.O.O.G.L.E, but thanks for the advice - anyways I think God's a bit more forgiving than Google.

I only add light gray because I have to admit that I've tried a few things in the past to test some limits, especially with the part about thinking of users, but thinking of them last. It's not my normal mode of operation, though, that's true.

White.

I don't think anyone could actually BE luminescent pearly white simply because there are too many things people would type in that a site could get found under that are tangentally relevant.

Then again, I don't totally buy into what is defined as the "gray" area.

Stealing text is black. There's no white in that at all.
Unrelated query targeting is black...and stupid.
The "gray" definition is petty thug, but still black...the idea is that you're trying to push the envelope as far as you can without necessarily going over.

This is a potentially dangerous post just because of the way in which it can be interpreted.

I don't know if I'd consider you light gray, Donna. Off-white, maybe...light gray's a bit of a stretch to me.
