With 55% of buyers starting their product or service research in social media it has become a critical place to message and nurture those prospects. As you mentioned, social media has changed from awareness to starting the customer on the journey to aquisition. Understanding the target audience breakdown for each social media channel is essential in sending the right message to the right person at the right time. In the ever-changing swell of social media, fine-tuning messaging that will ultimately lead to purchasing cannot be overlooked. Great suggestions and insights. Thanks.

I completely agree. I think the more engaging content you produce, the more successful your social media campaign will be. I always see businesses post the same thing over and over again. It's always business related, a holiday promotion or some kind of incentive to get customers to buy which doesn't always produce the conversions that businesses expect. Users are smart and if they constantly see the same repetitive posts, then their likely to just ignore everything. Nowadays, it's all about connecting with your customers on their level in order to make a sale.
