					<description><![CDATA[Any time a big shot goes from one big firm to another it is big business news.

I&#039;m slowly going through all my conversions over 2 years.  One thing I&#039;m seeing over time is a concentration of more activity into G and Y...and to a lessor degree MSN.  Many 2nd tier engines are not producing.

It will be interesting to see if this guy can contribute to energize msn and help them win market share.

Long way to go right now.
