Text Link Ads review

Admittedly, I'm not big on spending money. It pains me to pay for things. So, when I decide to spend money on advertising, it's a big deal. And when I do, I'm picky about what service I use. So far, I've had a good experience using Text Link Ads for advertising via text links. Although the prices are sometimes higher then other services, I've gotten what I think are fair deals for ads on good, relevant pages. That gets them a positive vote from me for their advertising services. In addition, they are really great about discussing custom packages, and giving that personal touch in email correspondence.

I've also just recently signed up to display ads on one of my sites. Recently means just a few days ago, so I don't have any actual ad spaces sold yet. But I can attest to the fact that setting up the code (on a forum) was pretty simple. I just followed the detailed instructions I was given, and it was done within a few minutes. Sweet. I'll be waiting to see if I am able to actually fill the ad spots within a reasonable time or not.

Text Link Ads also offers Feedvertising, which is their RSS ad technology, allowing bloggers to place text links at the bottom of their feeds. I haven't tried this yet, so I can't comment on it.

Oh, and they also have an affiliate program, and while I am an affiliate, I won't be including the affiliate code in this review. This is a paid review, after all (and as always, an honest one), so I think using an affiliate code would be double-dipping, don't you think? 🙂

Absolutely right.. I use tla for 6 months now. Just have patience. I only display ads. But it keeps growing. Seems Gavin has it perfectly organized.
