The History
Founded by CEO Jeff Quipp in 2001, Search Engine People was one of the first search marketing company’s in Canada. As a search visionary, Jeff built the first voice search engine for Sympatico Lycos. And it was in the late 90’s that Jeff first became fascinated with digital search and its potential to impact the growth businesses online. Committed to the vital role that search marketing would play in the growth of small and medium businesses, Jeff took the plunge and started Search Engine People. As Google grew in popularity and more people turned to search engines to find products and services online, Search Engine People grew with it.
For the team at SEP, there is a pride in our history and the contribution that we have made to the digital marketing industry in Canada.
